A one and one-half inch conduit for a camera connection penetrates through an EPDM roof membrane and rigid insulation supported by a metal deck. The conduit is secured to the deck with an exothermic weld connection all around the base. An EPDM flashing material wraps the penetration and is sealed with continuous sealant. An extruded aluminum flashing and fascia terminates the edge of the roof assembly above the masonry wall, and a weatherhead caps the top of the conduit two feet above the finished roof surface.
