A four-inch empty conduit passes through a pipe sleeve set within a concrete roof slab topped with roof insulation and a roof membrane. A seal ring secures the assembly at the slab penetration. A counter-flashing extends up from the roof membrane, overlapping beneath a primary flashing collar. A split band set in mastic wraps the top of the flashing to seal against the conduit wall. The conduit terminates above the roof with a weatherhead and bushing at the end.
