A solid aluminum air terminal measuring twenty-four inches long and three-eighths of an inch in diameter minimum mounts to a standing seam metal roof air terminal base. The lightning protection conductor secures to the roof using suitable standing seam metal roof fasteners spaced at intervals not more than thirty-six inches on center.
