A recessed troffer lighting fixture integrates into a lay-in grid system supported by the surrounding ceiling framework. Twelve-gauge wire hangers attach to each corner of the fixture and extend upward to the structure above, operating independently of the ceiling support system. Fixture clamps secure the housing to the grid system, with one clamp provided per side of each fixture.
