A medium voltage duct bank penetrates a rated wall assembly. The penetration utilizes a two-piece adjustable galvanized sheet metal sleeve attached with base plates to metal stud blocks. Mineral fiber packing fills the annular space, sealed typically with sealant on both sides. An escutcheon trim conceals the base plate corners and plate edges as required.
