A new utility-owned pad-mounted oil-filled transformer includes integral current and potential transformers delivering 120Y/208V, three-phase, four-wire secondary power. The electrical contractor provides the concrete pad and grounding system while coordinating installation requirements with the local utility company. A utility meter is mounted directly on the transformer enclosure.
