An eight-inch by eight-inch by six-inch square junction box is mounted above the door in the ceiling space of the secure side. Three-quarter-inch conduits route power and signal lines from the junction box to the automatic door operator. Surface-mounted exterior push plates and keypads connect to the system from the unsecure side. Additional conduits extend to a one-hundred-twenty-volt power source and adjacent door controls.
