An electrical manhole access assembly features a 36-inch diameter by 12-inch precast concrete grade ring stacked atop a 36-inch diameter by 12-inch precast concrete cone with a 31-inch interior opening. The assembly is capped by a cast-iron lockable manhole cover featuring cast letters "HIGH VOLTAGE" and "EMH-__", with the manhole ID coordinated and confirmed with the owner. Precast grade rings are added as needed to adjust final grade elevation.
