An eight-inch diameter bollard fixture with an integral access panel mounts onto a base plate equipped with four leveling pads. Four anchor bolts secure the mounting plate to a twelve-inch diameter minimum concrete foundation base. The entire assembly sits flush with the finished grade within a planter area.
