A rigid galvanized steel conduit sleeve is cast into a cast-in-place concrete floor with a half-inch space all around. Two-thousand-degree Fahrenheit rated ceramic wool is packed all around the annular space, finished with a three-quarter-inch deep gun-applied sealant at the top. A pipe clamp rests on top of the concrete floor where vertical support of the raceway is required.
