An aluminum air terminal No. A24 Class 1 is mounted vertically to a concrete wall panel parapet using an aluminum universal base. A class 1 aluminum lightning conductor consisting of twenty-four strands of aluminum fourteen American Wire Gauge wire connects to the base. The conductor ties into a galvanized embedded bonding plate in the concrete panel, which is factory bonded to the interior reinforcing bar. A conduit runs down through the concrete panel to grade for the grounding system.
