An intersystem bonding termination bar is installed adjacent to a telephone and CATV terminal board mounted on a CDX plywood backboard, which is coated with three coats of fire retardant paint. A number six copper grounding conductor extends from the termination bar to the main disconnect ground bus. A communications utility conduit enters below the backboard, and the entire assembly is positioned at forty-eight inches above the finished floor.
