A light fixture bollard mounts to a one-foot diameter concrete foundation extending three feet six inches minimum below finish grade, with the base sitting one and one-half inches above grade in green space. The concrete pier is reinforced with a number four reinforcing cage on a maximum nine-inch grid. Electrical supply enters through rigid steel conduit transitioning to PVC conduit via a coupling embedded within the concrete footing, routing upward into the bollard housing.
