A 4000-ampere bus duct runs from a pad-mounted transformer through a transition section and the building exterior wall to a 4000-ampere main switchboard. The assembly includes a high-voltage compartment door and a low-voltage compartment door on the transformer. Section A-A details the alignment and spacing of the bus duct relative to the termination box and concrete pad, noting that bus duct supports must be installed by the owner where necessary and that the entrance box shall not be used as a bus duct support.
