A twenty-four inch diameter concrete pole base extends nine feet into the ground with a finished grade line marking thirty-six inches from the top and eighteen inches of burial cover to the first conduit sweep. The lighting pole mounts onto three-quarter inch diameter anchor bolts, typical of four, encircled by three places of number four tie bars. Grout fills all around the handhole and base cover, while one inch diameter rigid conduits supply the light and CCTV fiber media converter. The top edge features a two inch forty-five degree chamfer.
