An underground pull and metering section routes a primary feed per utility standards to a pad-mounted NV energy transformer sitting on a concrete pad sized per utility requirements. A five-eighths inch by ten-foot copperweld driven ground rod connects to the transformer grounding system. Conduit runs extend from the transformer to secondary distribution equipment.
