A single hung pipe or conduit is suspended using a clevis hanger connected to a vertical threaded rod. A cross bolt sleeve (CBS) secures the hanger assembly. A 1-way transverse rigid brace assembly ties into the hanger at an angle of 45 degrees maximum, with brace angles up to 60 degrees permitted when utilizing reduced brace spacing.
