This assembly consists of a rectangular underground handhole box with a removable top cover. The cover features a central logo area and two corner bolt-down points. Two L-shaped rods are positioned beneath the box, serving as either grounding electrodes or structural reinforcement anchors for the enclosure. The box walls are designed with a recessed lip to support the cover flush with the surrounding grade.
