The service grounding system incorporates copper conductors sized per NEC requirements for building service and fire pump service. A main water service pipe utilizes a ground jumper clamp around the water meter, supplemented by a connection to building steel. Two minimum 3/4-inch by 20-foot copperweld ground rods maintain a 20-foot minimum separation connected via a #6 AWG copper wire. A ground ring per NEC Article 250-52(A)(4) utilizes #2 AWG copper conductor.
