A communication terminal backboard connects to a grounding riser tied to building steel and cold water piping, with a concrete-encased electrode conductor installed per NEC 250. The system utilizes a number 6 bare copper ground conductor extending from the backboard. Two 4-inch conduits serve the utility telephone primary point of service.
