A four-inch vertical web plate connects to a six-inch horizontal flange plate, forming a structural tee assembly welded directly to a cylindrical pipe support. The web plate is joined to the pipe using five-sixteenths inch fillet welds on both sides. The tee flange plate is secured to the web plate with quarter-inch fillet welds on both sides.
