A telecom termination board is mounted on a three-quarter-inch UL-classified fire-retardant treated plywood backboard painted white. The assembly includes four two-inch conduit sleeves entering from above and a surface-mounted twenty-ampere one-hundred-twenty-volt quad receptacle positioned at seventy inches above finished floor. A ground bus bar is connected to the nearby panel ground bus bar using a number six copper conductor. All metal conduit stubs are bonded to the telecom bus bar using a number six copper wire and a UL-listed ground clamp, with pullstrings and plastic bushings provided in all conduit stubs.
