Suspended Unistrut channel supports multiple raceways ranging from one-half inch to six inches in diameter using conduit clamps for sizes one-half inch to one inch and two-piece channel pipe straps for sizes one and one-quarter inch to six inches. The horizontal Unistrut channel hangs from overhead structural units including beams, joists, or slabs using all-thread rods sized per the supported weight. A bolted connection secures through the center of the bottom of the structural element or backing as required by the supported load. An enlarged detail inset clarifies the top rod attachment and nut assembly.
