An interior electrical transformer with a NEMA 3R enclosure is mounted on four Mason BR-B or equal vibration isolators. Each vibration isolator is secured with two half-inch diameter by three-and-a-quarter-inch effective embedment Hilti Kwik Bolt TZ2 anchors, totaling eight anchors in all, installed per ICC ESR-4266. The isolators rest on a reinforced concrete pad placed over the concrete finished floor. Reinforcing rebar is detailed throughout the concrete pad, with the pad dimensions and reinforcement sized per structural sheet 4/S0.12.
