A grounding electrode conductor consisting of forty feet of number four-ought bare copper cable is encased within the concrete footing per structural requirements. The conductor is secured to the reinforcing steel at each end using exothermic cadweld connections. Main grounding conductors route upward from the footing through PVC conduit into the main service board, terminating at a ground bus bar located above a housekeeping pad.
