Two schedule 40 PVC conduits are housed within a concrete encasement measuring one foot six inches wide by ten and one-half inches high with a trowel finish top. Four continuous number four reinforcing bars provide structural reinforcement within the concrete with three inches of cover. Yellow plastic warning tape is positioned one foot six inches above the encasement. Minimum earth cover from grade to the top of the ductbank requires twenty-four inches in areas not subject to vehicular loads and thirty inches in areas subject to vehicular loads.
