A carrier line or PVC coated rigid steel conduit passes through a below-grade reinforced concrete wall using a Link-Seal type wall sleeve with a central water stop and anchor collar. A watertight Link-Seal wall penetration seal is compressed around the carrier line inside the sleeve. A steel reinforced concrete duct bank connects to the exterior wall face over compacted stable bedding and is tied to the wall with at least four twenty-four-inch long number 5 steel rebars or anchors. These rebars require a minimum embedment of six inches into the concrete to help prevent shear settlement of the duct bank conduits.
