A copper grounding bus plate measuring 4 inches by 1/4 inch by 18 inches is mounted with dielectric insulators on both ends to isolate the panel ground. Eight tapped 3/8-inch-16 holes spaced 2 inches apart receive mechanical connections. A compression lug connects the grounding conductor to the bus bar, while a CAD-weld connection ties into the system. The assembly is supported from the wall 12 inches above the finished grade in electrical and IT rooms.
