A two- or three-ply laminated plastic identification plate measures six inches wide by two inches high with a thickness of one-quarter inch. Four seven-thirty-seconds-inch holes are positioned at the corners for mounting. One-inch high engraved letters indicate the feeder identification and phase designation. The plate is secured to a fifteen-kilovolt cable using two weather-resistant nylon six-six cable ties with a body width of zero point one eight four inches.
