PVC conduits are encased within a rectangular concrete structure buried below finished grade. A continuous tracer wire and a ground wire are integrated into the duct bank configuration. A warning tape is positioned twelve inches above the top of the concrete encasement, maintaining a minimum of two feet six inches of cover below finished grade. Each conduit includes a calibrated heavy duty nylon pull string. Minimum clearances of three inches are maintained around and between conduits within the concrete.
