A typical raceway stubs to the cable tray and is secured with a bolted connection. Grounding insulated throats are provided at the termination. A ground lug is attached to the raceway and bonded to the cable tray with a number six copper conductor unless noted otherwise in the grounding riser. The cable tray is modified to ensure grounding continuity where required and secured with a bolt, and the cable tray must be bonded to the main grounding system.
