A transformer housing enclosure encloses primary and secondary winding configurations with ground lugs and bonding jumpers. The primary side connects to a 480V 3-phase source while the secondary side connects to a 208Y/120V 3-phase load. An equipment ground runs from the transformer housing to building steel. A grounding electrode system with ground rod electrodes is provided for transformers T-CH and T-LI.
