A structural and electrical connection extends an existing concrete ductbank. PVC schedule 80 conduits from the new run connect to existing conduits using standard couplings. Existing concrete is chipped away around the conduits to provide necessary clearance for coupling installation. Number 4 reinforcing bars extend one foot six inches into the existing concrete envelope at all four corner locations and are bedded using epoxy grout or adhesive.
