An LMRC or LMRC 312 digital dimming room controller connects to an LMUC occupancy sensor and DLM wall switches of the LMSW or LMDM series using pre-terminated LMRJ series cables or Cat5e with RJ45 connections in a free topology layout. The digital controller receives an unswitched hot black power feed. The control logic mandates automatic-on and automatic-off operation where load 'a' turns on automatically upon motion detection, load 'b' turns on via manual switch control upon motion detection, and both loads turn off via switches or automatically within thirty minutes of vacating the space.
