A conduit penetrates a concrete or masonry wall assembly via a polyvinyl chloride sleeve. Joint filler material occupies the annular space between the conduit and the sleeve. Caulk seals the ends of the penetration, applied around the entire perimeter of the conduit at the wall face on both sides.
