A four-inch square box containing a Water Bug or equivalent sensor is attached directly to the floor. A half-inch electrical metallic tubing or liquid-tight conduit extends upward to an eight-by-six-by-four-inch junction box housing a relay and a Water Bug WB-200 controller. The controller assembly connects upward to the fire alarm control panel twenty-four volt direct current power loop. All components including the box, sensor, relay, and controller are furnished and installed by the contractor.
