An Evolution Series 4-inch poke-thru electrical device penetrates the floor slab for power distribution. The assembly incorporates a UL-listed fire-rated intumescent material, specifically Hilti FS-One sealant complying with UL-1479, around the core penetration. A power junction box connects below the floor fixture, and top and bottom views show the layout with dimensions of 5 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches and an overall depth of 18 9/16 inches. The device is manufactured by Wiremold/Legrand model Evolution 8AT series.
