Surface-mounted security cameras require a conduit back box tied to a one-inch conduit running back to an accessible ceiling space with insulated bushings at terminations. Excess cable is neatly coiled and supported by the building structure in accessible ceiling areas, while open ceiling runs use additional supports as required. A laminating cable label is applied three to four inches from the termination point.
