A new concrete pad rests on a twenty-four-inch thick layer of crushed rock. Reinforced floor steel is provided throughout the slab and perimeter footing sections. The exterior edge of the footing extends to a minimum depth of two feet below grade, with compacted backfill placed against the vertical face.
