Ceiling-mounted light fixtures or equipment hang from a lay-in T-bar ceiling grid using a minimum of two ceiling hanger wires connected at opposite corners, sides, or ends for fixtures up to 48 inches in length. These fixture support hanger wires remain separate from the general ceiling supports. The junction box is securely anchored directly from the building structure. Electrical metallic tubing conduit connects to the junction box and receives support within 3 feet of the junction box and at intervals required by specifications.
