A vertical downspout transitions through a smooth elbow into a horizontal four-inch high-density polyethylene corrugated pipe running beneath a proposed Portland cement concrete sidewalk and daylighting at a proposed landscape finished grade. The pipe material must comply with AASHTO M252 and ASTM D3350 standards. The assembly maintains a ten-inch clearance below the sidewalk depth and routes stormwater runoff away from the building foundation.
