A precast or cast-in-place concrete catch basin and manhole assembly connects to a drainage pipe at a designated inlet elevation. The structure features a 5 inch by 2 inch pipe seat and rounded edges at the inlet openings to facilitate water flow. A manhole shaft conforming to SPPWC 324 extends up to a manhole frame and cover conforming to SPPWC 630 set flush with the street grade. Dimensional callouts indicate an 8 inch dimension, a 14 inch dimension, and a 3 foot 6 inch chamber width.
