The post consists of a two-inch by three-inch by three-sixteenths-inch galvanized steel tube with a painted finish and a capped end. A twelve-inch by twenty-four-inch reflectorized sign features a white wheelchair symbol and lettering on a blue background, accompanied by a smaller van accessible auxiliary plate. Vertical dimensions establish the mounting heights above pavement, including six feet eight inches clearance to the bottom of the main sign. The concrete footing measures one foot wide by two feet six inches deep.
