A reinforced concrete panel joint with a variable joint type and a dowel bar or bar as required. The concrete slab receives reinforcement consisting of number four bars at twelve inches on center each way or six by six W5.5 by W5.5 welded wire mesh placed at a depth of T over four plus or minus one inch. A four inch clear space is maintained at the joint, which incorporates an embedded central dowel or bar.
