A yard inlet erosion control assembly features concrete blocks arranged around the inlet structure with typical wire screens and gravel filters. The surrounding earth slopes are graded at two-to-one or flatter all around. A gravel filter with a twelve-inch minimum width is placed adjacent to the concrete blocks. Side slopes maintain a one-foot six-inch minimum dimension with a twelve-inch minimum depth.
