An adjustable valve box extends upward from a buried water pipe cross or tee to the finished ground line. The assembly features an approximate nine-hundred millimeter extension above ground, secured with a lock and chain at the operating nut. Variable depth bury conditions connect the valve box riser to the main pipe centerline resting on a concrete support base.
