A filter cloth fabric with 19-gauge wire backing and one-quarter-inch mesh openings surrounds the drainage inlet perimeter. The fabric barrier is supported by five-foot steel T posts spaced at a maximum of four feet on center. Tennessee Department of Transportation number 57 stone fills the perimeter area surrounding the filter fence assembly.
