Truncated domes are arranged in a regular grid pattern with a base diameter of 0.90 inches and a top diameter of 0.45 inches spaced 2.35 inches apart. The domes rise to a height of 0.20 inches above the walking surface and feature tapered edges where exposed. A continuous detectable warning is required at the boundary where a walkway crosses or adjoins a vehicular way without separating curbs or railings.
