An eight-inch Portland cement concrete curb of Class A concrete sits atop a lime-treated subgrade per the geotechnical report. The curb is reinforced with two number four steel reinforcing bars placed three inches from the top and bottom. Asphalt concrete paving and base rock abut the roadside face of the curb, with variable depths. Weepholes are placed on all curbs and curb and gutters where landscaping slopes toward the curb, spaced at ten feet on center or at each scoreline.
