A Portland cement concrete curb and gutter of Class A mix sets atop a six-inch layer of Class II aggregate base compacted per the geotechnical report. The gutter features an eighteen-inch bottom width with six-inch sides, a one-half-inch radius at the upper corners, a one-inch radius at the internal bottom corners, and a one-and-one-half-inch cross slope. A supplemental note specifies that weep holes must be installed on all curbs and gutters where landscaping slopes toward the curb, spaced at ten feet on center or at each scoreline.
